When girded for battle, she is known to wield her Scrolls of Vile Consumption and Shadow named "Reaper" (Fin) (Flaming), and is arrayed in her Shadowscale Lich Robe (Fin) and Etherium Lenses of the Seeker (Fin). Foes are said to wither before the might of her Etherium Lantern of Pure Darkness (Fin).

Tweakee is often seen riding into battle on her Tentacled Necrotic Cloud.
