He is said to be a Dark Puppeteer of 64th level. Hailing from Sepsus Corpse Dancers in the Deadlands, he is said to have shaved hair, green eyes and tanned skin. His thin figure has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "To Battle!".
