He is said to be an Animator of 275th level. Hailing from Xithan's Slab in the Deadlands, he is said to be bald, have jade green eyes and fair skin. His thin figure, proudly displaying his body tattoos has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "Could you lend me a hand?".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Snapping Etherium Bodymaws (Fin) (Flaming) and Etherium Carving Knives (Fin), and is arrayed in his Rune of Regenerative Shadowscales (Fin). Foes are said to wither before the might of his Many Armed Giant Hivebeast named "Buzzkill" (Fin).

Kreethir is often seen riding into battle on his Sculpted Flesh Walking Chair.
