He is said to be a Dread Minstrel of 3rd level. Hailing from Sepsus Bards School in the Deadlands, he is said to have fashionably styled hair, ocean blue eyes and tanned skin. His graceful figure has been sighted rushing into battle with an amorous warcry of "Allow me a song, if you will.".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Annoying Little Ditty, and is arrayed in his Peasants Garb. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Out of Tune Flute.
