He is said to be a Storm Lord of 275th level. Hailing from Hearthfire Hold School in the Mountain Kingdoms, he is said to have scruffy hair, brown eyes and dark skin. His athletic figure, proudly displaying his beard has been sighted rushing into battle with a cheeky warcry of "For the Fallen!".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Greater Glacial Elemental Prism named "Remorse" (Fin) (Heated), and is arrayed in his Hooded Robe of Greater Warding (Fin) and Floating Magestone (Fin). Foes are said to wither before the might of his Gilded Tome of Sky Mastery (Fin).

Gwoosh is often seen riding into battle on his Sentient Cloud.
