User Interface Changes

We have made a couple minor changes to the UI primarily to improve the experience on mobile devices.
- There's now an Explore button.
- Menu items are more spaced out more.
- Location descriptions are shown in full by default, except in Dragon Tavern.
- If you're Exploring on most mobile devices, location descriptions are hidden.
- Happy Adventuring!
