He is said to be a Storm Lord of 38th level. Hailing from Thundermount College in the Mountain Kingdoms, he is said to be bald, have glowing blue eyes and fair skin. His scrawny figure has been sighted rushing into battle with a polite warcry of "Light 'em up!".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Greater Elementalist Wand, and is arrayed in his Masters Glyphed Runeweave Cloak and Encased Snowflake Amulet. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Valuable Errata of the 5th Wind.
