He is said to be a Storm Lord of 32nd level. Hailing from Hearthfire Hold School in the Mountain Kingdoms, he is said to be bald, have blue eyes and dark skin. His athletic figure, proudly displaying his beard has been sighted rushing into battle with an amorous warcry of "HAAAHa".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Icy Arcane Horn, and is arrayed in his Adepts Azure Cloak and Encased Snowflake Amulet. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Leatherbound Book of the 5th Wind.
