He is said to be a Dark Puppeteer of 50th level. Hailing from Sepsus Corpse Dancers in the Deadlands, he is said to be bald, have blue eyes and dark skin. His athletic figure, proudly displaying his beard has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "ARRRRR".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Exotic Necrotanium Torture Implements, and is arrayed in his Necroweave Robes of the Master Juggler. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Set of Magnificent Otherworldly Limbs and Necrotanium Strings of the Puppet Master.
