Radkos, Health Insurance Nightmare...
He is said to be a Dark Puppeteer of 47th level. Hailing from Sepsus Corpse Dancers in the Deadlands, he is said to have tatty hair, ocean blue eyes and tanned skin. His twisted figure, proudly displaying his nasty scar has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "Dance my pretties!".
When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Exotic Necrotanium Torture Implements, and is arrayed in his Necroweave Robes of the Master Juggler. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Exotic Claws of the Xorn Kin and Necrotanium Strings of the Puppet Master.
