Nigun, Legal Drinker...

He is said to be a Black Seer of 9th level. Hailing from Xithan Twighlight Brotherhood in the Deadlands, he is said to have tied back hair, jade green eyes and overly pale skin. His scrawny figure, proudly displaying his shadowy visage has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "To Hell I send thee.".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Dusty Book of the Ethereal Choker Hold, and is arrayed in his Hooded Black Robe and Black Sun Lense. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Box of Heartwood Maggots.
