He is said to be a Black Seer of 103rd level. Hailing from Sepsus Order of the Eclipse in the Deadlands, he is said to have long flowing hair, jade green eyes and overly pale skin. His thin figure, proudly displaying his shadowy visage has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "Pray for death.".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Power Word Obliterate (Awesome) (Flaming), and is arrayed in his Umbral Cloak of Dusk (Awesome) and Etherium Lenses of the Seeker (Amazing). Foes are said to wither before the might of his Trapped Shadowlord Essence Vial (Brilliant).

Napoleonus is often seen riding into battle on his Fine Steed.
