He is said to be a Storm Lord of 35th level. Hailing from Thundermount College in the Mountain Kingdoms, he is said to have tied back hair, glowing blue eyes and fair skin. His graceful figure has been sighted rushing into battle with a polite warcry.
When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Mithril Staff of Skyfall, and is arrayed in his Adepts Azure Cloak and Encased Snowflake Amulet. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Tome of Lesser Chain Lightning.
