Licher, Lord of Gates...

He is said to be a Necromancer of 61st level. Hailing from Bonekeep University in the Deadlands, he is said to have tatty hair, glowing purple eyes and dark skin. His emaciated figure, proudly displaying his nasty scar has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "ssssssssssssss".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Planarshard Orb of Obedience (Excellent), and is arrayed in his Heavily Runed Black Starsteel Field Plate (Excellent). Foes are said to wither before the might of his Legion of the Black Crusaders (Decent) and Black Starsteel Key of the Gate Keeper (Good).
