He is said to be a Steam Crafter of 55th level. Hailing from Vokai Builder's Hall in the Steel Empire, he is said to be bald, have hazel eyes and fair skin. His fat figure, proudly displaying his goate has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "Eat my rust!!!".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Dual Starsteel Annihilator Cannon (Good) and Liquid Xorr Alloy Thunderbolt Rounds (Excellent), and is arrayed in his Indestructible Starsteel Steam Titan (Decent). Foes are said to wither before the might of his Completely Automated Repair System (Decent) and Divine Hammer of Construction (Good).
