He was said to be a Steam Crafter of 55th level. Hailing from Vokai Builder's Hall in the Steel Empire, he was said to be bald, have brown eyes and dark skin. His average figure, proudly displaying his nasty scar was frequently sighted rushing into battle with a curious warcry.

When girded for battle, he was known to wield his Oversized Eternium Apocalypse Cannon (Good) and Eternium Punisher Ammunition (Decent), and was arrayed in his Indestructible Starsteel Steam Titan (Decent). Foes were said to wither before the might of his Total System Redundancy Network (Decent) and Divine Hammer of Construction (Decent).

Hestrius was born under the sign of The Active Catapult. This star sign is part of the Creation Phase and the War Aspect.

Tragically, he was eventually defeated.
