He is said to be a Bone Lord of 46th level. Hailing from The Great Spine in the Deadlands, he is said to have short spikey hair, hazel eyes and tanned skin. His muscular figure, proudly displaying his ritual scarring has been sighted rushing into battle with a barbaric warcry of "kaplaa".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Vile Necrotanium Scythe Chain and Huge Necrotanium Claw of Impaling, and is arrayed in his Gigantic Demonbone War Form. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Lesser Shadowglyph of Corpse Absorption.

Ertherth is often seen riding into battle on his Fine Steed.
