He is said to be a Reaver of 50th level. Hailing from Bonekeep Chapter in the Deadlands, he is said to have shoulder length hair, brown eyes and dark skin. His muscular figure, proudly displaying his body tattoos has been sighted rushing into battle with a sinister warcry of "Someone call for a reaver".

When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Set of Elongated Etherium Ripper Claws (Decent), and is arrayed in his Robes of the Soul Reaver and Magnificent Emerald Soul Stone. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Oblivion Overlord.

Decado was born under the sign of The Balanced Prisoner. This star sign is part of the Reason Phase and the Misfortune Aspect.
