He is said to be a Necromancer of 46th level. Hailing from Soulforge Academy in the Deadlands, he is said to be bald, have blue eyes and dark skin. His athletic figure, proudly displaying his beard has been sighted rushing into battle with an amorous warcry of "Yi-Yi-Yi-Yi-Yi".
When girded for battle, he is known to wield his Runed Necrotanium Shovelstaff of the Deadgate, and is arrayed in his Wickedly Ornate Necrotanium Plate Armor. Foes are said to wither before the might of his Horde of Bound Shadow Knights and Necrotanium Key Amulet.
Black Outus is often seen riding into battle on his Fine Steed.
